Shipping: We add 10% to the cost of all ornaments to cover shipping and handling via common carrier. If you need a "rush order," please advise us. For shipping and handling costs of our cut-to-order trees, please contact us for costs.

Minimums: To keep our overhead and shipping as reasonable as possible, minimums order is $25 and minimum shipping is $7.00.

Exchange and Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with any item (trees excluded) you received, you will be refunded the full purchase price. To receive your refund, the item must be returned within 10 (ten) days of receiving your order. We must receive the returned item in the same condition as when it was sent, including tags. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return as stated herewith and tell us which item you wish to have substituted.
