NOTES FROM OUR FARM

What a winter we had in 2008. Here's just a few snapshots that Tracy and I took of the divesting snow and ice storms that keep rolling over us -- the worst we'd seen in years.

We will be open everyday starting the day after Thanksgiving until Christmas,  weekdays 10 - 4 and weekends 9 - 4. Please feel free to come by and enjoy our farm. We're the perfect place to relax...to have lunch... and take in all the view!

Again, we would like to send a special "Thank you!" to all who braved the winter of 2008 to visit our farm. We were pleased to have so many old customers and friends return.

We are doing everything possible to hold the line on our prices to serve our customers as best we can.  The cost of running our Christmas tree farm continues to increased and the hand-made, imported, European ornaments are subject to price swings. We try to plant 1400 trees each year, total, if possible. This year we planted 800 balsams and will plant 600 fraser firs in the spring.

So, after surviving the winter of '08, the ice storms, snow storms and the economy, we've cleaned up our farm from Mother Nature's damage. We're ready for an uneventful, peaceful Christmas season with lots of mild, sunny days! We look forward to seeing our old friends and to meeting new ones. Come visit us!
